My fitness routine used to consist of distance running and light free weight work. Since discovering CrossFit, I have surprised myself with my own abilities and improvements. I now value my strength, and as a woman it’s important to know what you're physically capable of. Belief in yourself and in fitness are fundamental of CrossFit. Physical strength, mental toughness and positivity, and a rock solid community of great friends and family are the pillars of fitness! As a coach, I am constantly learning. I believe that continued education is crucial in becoming the best coach I can be. With a positive and encouraging attitude, I aim to help others find their strengths and assist them in reaching their fitness goals. Through this community we push each other to work hard and achieve what we never thought was possible. CrossFit Wolvish is a family that I am incredibly happy to be a part of. I look forward to sharing my passion for fitness and wellness with everyone who joins our pack!
