Squats - 4 sets - 4 minute windows

  • 3 Front Squats + 5 Back Squats 
  • Complete three front squats, immediately followed by 5 back squats
  • Same bar, same weight
  • *aim for 75-80% of 1RM Front Squat for your working sets
